A good friend of mine died on Tuesday. Her name was Alena (Alka) Svobodka.
She had a major impact on my life and I would not be the person I am today without meeting her!
I’ll really miss Her!

I’m off to Poland on the 21st of Oct, I’ll be heading to Krakow for 10 Days. I hope it won’t be too cold…as I plan to do a bit of travelling around. As usual I don’t really have a plan as such but I’m sure I’ll think of something… I have a general idea of what I want to do… I also have a few friends that I want to visit.
I had such a great time in Czech/slovak Rep last time, I’m sure my experience of this will be the same….

Clive Barnes, what can I say… He played in Cleere’s pub and it was one of the best performances I’ve been to in a long time. He has to be one of Ireland’s hidden talents… Check this out for a better review! RTE
So if anyone gets a chance to go and see this guy, In my opinion its worth every penny!
